What we collect

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we use what you send only to reply and arrange sessions. We never sell or share it.

Website chat

The chat button on this site is an AI assistant powered by Anthropic’s Claude. What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate replies. If you choose to give your name, email address or mobile number in the chat, they are passed to Benn so he can get back to you, and are used only for that. The chat sets no cookies.

Cookies and visitor information

With your permission, the site loads tawk.to, which shows us when someone is on the site, which page they are viewing and their approximate location (town or country, worked out from their internet connection). tawk.to sets cookies to make this work. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings. Clearing your browser data also resets it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
