At Melody Matters, our songwriting services are designed to take an idea from the very first spark right through to a fully realised, release ready production. Sessions can cover everything from the fundamentals of songwriting through to advanced arrangement and production techniques, including structure, melody development, hooks, harmonies, lyric writing, dynamics, and emotional impact. While the strongest songs are often the ones captured naturally and instinctively in the moment, some ideas benefit from careful refinement and development to unlock their full potential.

Alongside songwriting and vocal production, Benn is also a fully trained mixing and mastering engineer, allowing clients to develop rough ideas into polished, professional standard recordings entirely in house. From demo to finished master, every stage of the production process is approached with a strong focus on musicality, emotion, sonic detail, and commercial quality.

Melody Matters also provides music production training for artists, songwriters, and producers wanting to develop professional level recording and production skills. Training covers everything from DAW workflow and recording techniques through to editing, vocal production, mixing, arrangement, and creative production processes. Clients are taught using real world industry techniques within a professional studio environment, helping bridge the gap between creativity and commercial quality production.
